The aim of this managing stress/anxiety session is to provide you with good information, discussion and the opportunity to focus on coping strategies to benefit you. It is also your chance to ask questions and offload, as well as gain support and reassurance.
You can come along with your baby from when they are a newborn until they are about one – if you need support after that, you can still book a 1:1 session.
This workshop is based on research and experience and it has been designed to provide you with much needed support as well as to help you develop effective coping strategies that work for you.
This workshop will look at:
- what can cause/trigger your stress or anxiety
- how it affects you
- what you need
- practical suggestions & coping strategies
