The Weaning Workshop – taking the stress out of introducing solid food The aim of this weaning session is to provide you with good information, discussion, tips and ideas for introducing solid food to ease any stress or concerns about weaning your baby. It is also your chance to ask questions about moving onto this next stage with your baby. You can come along with your baby from about 3-4 months old, in preparation for weaning, or you may have already started with your older baby but would like to know more about it. This session is based on research and experience and it has been designed to prepare you for the options as well as to boost your confidence so you feel able to do what works for you and your baby.
