I run a range of birth preparation options to meet your different needs for information, practical skills and birth mindset. My aim is to prepare and empower so you can plan and know your options.
WEDNESDAY: April 17, 24, May 1, 8 & 15
MONDAY: June 3, 10, 17, 24 (plus Saturday June 22 from 10am-12)
WEDNESDAY: June 12, 19, July 3, 17 & 24
A small group course to focus labour, birth and the first hours and weeks with your new baby. These sessions have been designed to provide you with good information, practical skills, discussion and a chance to ask questions.
Relax & Breathe
Workshop: A brilliant session to focus on relaxation and breathing techniques for labour April 18 | June 20 | July 25
Course: A three session course to spend time developing relaxation and breathing techniques for pregnancy, labour and birth
April 29, May 13 & 20
These are small group sessions so you can relax, feel comfortable and develop your own techniques to practice and use in labour.
I see expectant parents for 1:1 sessions to focus on a range of pregnancy & birth issues: anxiety, birth debrief, birth refresher, labour & birth, induction preparation, caesarean preparation and to focus on any concerns you may have.
Daytime, evening and Saturday sessions are available to work around your schedule.
