Your thoughts might be turning to birth and getting as birth ready as possible. Here’s what I have coming up for first and second time parents…

April 17, 24, May 1, 8 & 15
1:1 Sessions: For birth and baby preparation
I have daytime, evening and weekend appointments on
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
to work around your schedule.
My antenatal sessions have been carefully designed to be effective, to provide a balance of good information, practical skills, discussion and questions. I specialise in running small groups and 1:1 sessions to provide personalised birth preparation – so you can focus on your needs for labour and birth preparation.
My antenatal classes are thorough, empowering and thought-provoking – they are about having realistic expectations for birth, knowing what can help, what can get in the way and the importance of communication so you feel able to gather more information and to say what you need.
I also provide resources to use at home so you can continue to prepare for the birth of your baby after you have attended your antenatal classes.
I have worked with expectant parents since 2002 and birth preparation is my passion – so you have the knowledge, practical skills and assertiveness to gather the information and support you need for your labour and birth.
I have now taught and worked with thousands of expectant and new parents, I know how different expectations and experiences can be and my sessions are based around this.
I am trained as a birth doula and I have attended a number of births, which have all been so very different. I am also a mum of three.
Just let me know if you have any queries about how I can help you get prepared for birth and the early days with your baby.
