As a specialist in birth preparation,  I provide a range of antenatal classes, as well as 1:1 sessions for parents from across Newcastle and Tyneside.

ANTENATAL COURSES…
Wednesdays | 7pm: February 6, 13, 20, 27, March 6
Mondays | 7pm : March 4, 11, 18, 25 & April 1

5 sessions to focus on good information, practical skills and strategies in-case you need them, discussion and the chance to ask all the questions you need to get you and your partner better prepared.

 


relax & breathe feedbackRELAX & BREATHE WORKSHOPS…

January 24th | 7pm
February 28th | 7pm

A specialist session to concentrate on developing effective relaxation and breathing skills, combined with positions for labour & birth. My aim is to provide simple and straight-forward techniques to use with your contractions, to give you more energy, to help keep you calm and more in control and to manage any panic or anxiety.

1:1 SESSIONS FOR BIRTH PREPARATION

These sessions can be arranged around your schedule and they can focus on general birth preparation or specific birth issues such as giving birth again, induction and caesareans.
