These are 1:1 sessions for women who are also parents – to focus on you, to deal with the challenges affecting your life and to boost your wellbeing.

Life can be busy with juggling responsibilities, meeting people’s needs and keeping on top of everything – it is easy to feel lost and overwhelmed at times. These sessions are about you, they are private, confidential and non-judgemental…

  • talking through parenting/personal challenges
  • your wellbeing and looking after you

I have been a parent since 2001 and I have worked with parents since 2002. My specialism has always been working with expectant and new parents but as my children have grown, I have wanted to provide support for women as their children grow and the personal challenges shift.
