1:1 Sessions

1:1 sessions for parents focus on a range of issues – pregnancy, birth preparation, baby preparation, thinking ahead for your recovery and different parenting and personal challenges when your baby is here.

I possess a combination of professional antenatal and postnatal training, working with parents for almost 20 years, so I am qualified to work with you during pregnancy, for birth and when your baby is here.

During Your Pregnancy
To talk through:
*your antenatal care
*where to have your baby, including at home
*a previous birth
*the loss of a baby and the anxiety that can come with being pregnant again
*any anxieties about having a baby and the changes that can
bring with it

For Your Birth Preparation
Information, support, strategies and to talk through:
*any anxieties, your previous birth or any concerns you have

For Baby Preparation
Information, support, strategies and to talk through:

These 1:1 sessions are for you to gather information, to develop plans & strategies, to offload, to talk through the challenges you are experiencing, and to gain support and reassurance with an experienced practitioner.

Daytime, evening & weekend appointments are available to best suit your schedule:
Monday: 10am, 4pm & 7pm
Wednesday: 4pm & 7pm
Thursday: 10am, 4pm & 7pm
Friday: 4pm & 7pm
Saturday: 10am & 1pm
Sessions take place in my teaching space in North Shields but home visits and phone appointments are also possible.
